1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, installing, or operating VeoGen-X, you enter into a legally binding contract with us. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our software.

2. License Information

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable edge license to access and use the software limited to your specific pricing plan (such as 1 PC Limit). Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, sharing license keys, or circumventing device restrictions will lead to an immediate and permanent ban without refund.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to bypass HWID locks or authentication gateways.
• Using the software to generate content that violates local or applicable laws (like malicious deepfakes, copyright infringement).
• Selling generated content falsely representing it as human or manual labor if it infringes on specific marketplace rules.

4. Use of Third-Party APIs

Our software integrates models such as Open AI GPT and Google Veo. You agree to comply with the terms set forth by these third-party services. We are not liable for any content rejections or API failures out of our control.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Violating our rules (including our zero tolerance for cracking) immediately voids all software licenses.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We make no distinct warranty encompassing uptime or performance metrics outside basic support bounds. Use of VeoGen-X is entirely at your own risk.
