ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VeoGen-X DOES NOT offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances after a purchase is made.

1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Because VeoGen-X is a digital software product containing proprietary code, intellectual property, and instant access to our closed environments, we physically cannot revoke your access to the downloaded product files or knowledge gained. We offer a comprehensive Free Trial (1 Day) for you to test everything before making any financial commitment.

2. Trial Responsibility

We provide a 1-day free trial so you can determine if the software is right for your needs. It is entirely your responsibility to evaluate the tool during this trial period. By proceeding to purchase a paid license, you acknowledge that the software operates as advertised and meets your expectations.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued for any reasons, including but not limited to:

You changed your mind.
You do not have the technical skills, or lack the required hardware, to run the software.
You forgot to cancel a renewing subscription.
Third-party API changes or restrictions (such as OpenAI or Google changing their policies).
Your account was banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., trying to crack the software).

4. Fraudulent Chargebacks

Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your Hardware ID (HWID), IP address, and associated accounts from the VeoGen-X ecosystem. We will aggressively dispute all chargebacks with logs of your product usage, HWID bindings, and digital signatures.
