Terms of Service

Welcome to FB Farming-X. By acquiring a license key and utilizing our smartphone and emulator system controller dashboard, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and service agreement.

1. License Seat Authorization

All license seat bundles (1 PC, 2 PC, or 3 PC Seats) represent yearly renewable license keys strictly bound to your PC workstation's hardware identifiers. Each authorized workstation grants you the right to:

• Connect unlimited physical Android smartphones via ADB (USB or Wi-Fi)
• Initialize unlimited LDPlayer, MEMu, or Nox emulator instances
• Operate workspace automated macros for organic warming, posting, and session rotation
• Access all standard feature modules including IP rotator, media publisher, and verification helper

2. Pricing & Billing

License keys are billed annually at fixed rates:

• 1 PC Seat License: $300 / year — Single workstation authorization
• 2 PC Seat License: $400 / year — Dual workstation synchronization
• 3 PC Seat License: $500 / year — Maximum capacity enterprise bundle

All payments are processed through direct support channels. License renewal reminders are sent 30 days before expiration via your registered contact method.

3. Commercial Campaign Responsibility

FB Farming-X is provided solely as a self-contained local workspace framework. You retain 100% ownership and full liability over your campaigns, automated actions, media content, account credentials, and social operations. The software does not provide virtual accounts, pre-configured assets, or guaranteed marketing results.

4. IP Gates & Proxy Rotation

While the workspace framework supports dynamic routing integration with third-party proxy nodes and VPN layers (Surfshark, WARP, etc.), you are solely responsible for maintaining and sourcing clean subnets to ensure the stability and security of your social marketing matrices.

5. Software Updates

All active license holders receive standard software updates during their subscription period at no additional cost. Major version upgrades that include significant new feature modules may be offered at discounted rates to existing subscribers.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination without refund:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the software
• Distributing, sharing, or reselling license keys without written authorization
• Attempting to bypass or modify the hardware-bound license verification system
• Using the software for illegal activities in your jurisdiction

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and instant license key delivery, all sales are considered final. However, if you experience a verified technical issue that prevents software operation on your authorized hardware, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for resolution or credit consideration.

8. Limitation of Liability

FB Farming-X and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to account suspensions, content removals, or platform restrictions imposed by third-party social media services.
